2. Sources

Data comes from you (booking forms / communication) and from Previo when you book through it.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Handling enquiries and bookings — contract / pre-contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Legal obligations (e.g. accounting) — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
• Protection of claims — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Cookies — necessary cookies for operation; analytics/marketing only with consent if used.

4. Recipients

Hosting, Previo (booking), e-mail/SMS providers — only as needed under appropriate agreements.

5. Transfers outside EU/EEA

We do not routinely transfer data outside the EU/EEA; if required, appropriate safeguards apply.

6. Retention

• Communication and bookings: as long as needed for the stay and legal claims.
• Accounting records: as required by law.
• Technical logs: short-term for security and operation.

7. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures; communication uses HTTPS.

10. Previo and cookies
